Malachy
Guinness
graduated from Christ Church, Oxford with a degree in
Biological Sciences before co-founding Bright Young Things Tuition
in 2007. Having had an excellent tutor as a child who introduced
him to new ideas and exciting potentials, Malachy understands
the real potential from having a good tutor. Malachy
continues to have a hands-on approach to running the business and
is always looking for new innovative ways of delivering bespoke
tuition to our international client-base. Malachy is currently
focussed on developing online and mobile tuition applications with
a couple of technology partners.

Woody St John
Webster met Malachy while studying at
Oxford University. At the time, they were both working for one of
London's most prestigious tutoring agencies. Their friendly and
enthusiastic approach to tutoring lead them to becoming immensely
popular with their students and they soon found themselves
over-stretched and over-subscribed. They had something new to offer
the industry; armed with a burgeoning reputation for effective
and empathetic tutoring, and an address book full of the brightest
minds from Oxford and Cambridge, Malachy and Woody set out to
create a bright new tutoring firm - Bright Young Things
Tuition.
The tutor placement
team:
The tutor placement team at BYT Tuition were recruited on
the basis of their shared passion for education and their
appreciation of what good one-to-one or group private tuition can
add to a child's overall education, academic potential and
ultimately employment prospects.
